It’s VOICE™ Yoga! Open up the physical dimensions of your voice with VOGA™ — an experiential method that stretches, opens, relaxes and frees the channels of expression by strengthening the physical expression of your voice. VOGA™ can be practiced by anyone; no experience or level of vocal dexterity is necessary.
